Back in Episode 101 I talked with writing expert Treasa Edmond about an experiment we are doing together. I wanted to know whether it was possible to increase traffic to my website by using SEO-optimised blog post that were repurposed from one of my existing podcast episodes.
As part of that episode I mentioned that I would be reporting back on this experiment as a case study.
So true to my word, in this podcast episode I give you a progress update…even though it makes me squirm a little bit.
Why?
Because the results so far have been all over the show. And my process for kicking off the experiment has been, to put it kindly, very messy.
But I think it’s important to show you what’s happening, warts and all. So that you know what to expect when you start focusing more on SEO-optimised blog posts. And you’ll know what not to do! I’m making all the mistakes so you don’t have to.
