In our podcast we talk about holding ourselves accountable as parents and coaches, making sure that we are not impeding the progress of our kids but inspiring them to perform at their highest potential.

In this podcast I shared some very powerful stories why I think it is always too soon to give up when faced with difficult circumstance in your sports career. My Mom and Dad died and I was kicked off my country's national team, I had every reason to stop playing the sport, however thank God I never gave up. In this podcast I shared my most inspirational and heart warming story about a soccer player who was really bad, I did not expect him to produce anything valuable for the team. However he shocked everyone and rose to prominence through share grit and hard work by scoring a sensational winning goal for the Team and proved his doubters (Me) WRONG.. :)

In this Podcast I will share some insights I have gained from experiencing the gut wrenching feeling from loosing my mother at a young age and being given this amazing opportunity to work with young kids and adults. Before my mom died she set us up for success, I have held onto that same process that helps me today to coach kids soccer.

My goal is to get every coach or parent to think about how to help the kids to perform even when they are not there to see it happen. It all starts with maximizing the use of our time that we have to impact the kids mind Now.

Setting the kids up for success to perform on the soccer field goes beyond telling them good job, it means you will need to be vulnerable when YOU make a mistake during the teaching process.
