February is Heart Health Awareness Month and so given this is an issue that has touched me very personally I wanted to talk about the importance of heart health. You might have heard this before but heart disease is the number killer of men and women in America. 

So let's just review really quickly the basics of heart health. 

1. Lifestyle - healthy eating and don’t smoke or drink too much
2. Fitness - get exercise everyday
3. See a doctor regularly
4. Good attitude=good heart health

So take time this month to review your habits and see your doctor and work to make sure you don’t fall victim to this preventable disease. \
