I would love to hear from you, just send me text and let me know what you think of the podcast.
It’s Valentine’s Day and what a great opportunity to remind those in our lives how much we love them.
I thought today would be a great day to share some recent published findings about the world’s longest study on happiness. Dr. Robert Waldinger, who has been directing the Harvard study of adult development since 2005, has a new book he co-authored with Dr. Marc Schulz called it The Good life.
The clear message from the study and many other studies is that warm, loving relationships are the key to good health and happiness. We all need people to rely on in life to celebrate the great moments and survive the tough ones. Without other people the difficulties of life breed stress, hopelessness and misery.
