4. To Do More Better

Danger of Doing More

-Trying to impress God or others

-Appeal of the New and Next

-Grow Tired or Just Become Busy

Danger of Not Doing More

-The stories we tell are only about the past

-White fence post syndrome

-We naturally coast and drift; God calls us to strive.

 Philippians 3:12-16

So, What do we mean by More?

-Pursue Faith, Love, and Holiness

-Proclaim and Display Jesus to a broken and hurting world

John 14:12- “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do,

because I am going to the Father.

Where do we go from here?

-We do the little things well…love, faith, and holiness in action

-We celebrate God’s faithfulness and power

-We pay off the building

-We trust one another as we find our way into this new season of

ministry

-We develop a long-range planning and prayer process

-We ask God to do more in us and through us than ever before
