Here's today's one minute update of what happened with mortgage rates, housing and the economy:  We have a very full economic calendar this week starting off with Pending Home Sales report today.  Later in the week we  have the  Federal Reserve's "beige book" which will give us insight into what the Fed is thinking about the economy and raising interest rates.
