James architected the company’s complex lending infrastructure, and in just one year he drove loan originations from zero to over $100,000,000 in annual run rate. Prior to joining Lendeavor, James was an attorney and a touring musician, and he graduated Magna Cum Laude at University of Minnesota Law School. James and his co-founder Dan Titcomb started Lendeavor in 2014 from a one bedroom apartment in San Francisco.
