2. 9. Director of Admissions: Road to Success
Jason has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education and Leadership, specifically Admissions. They always say that sometimes, you just need to return to your first love; and for Jason, it was his passion and drive to see students take the next step in their careers. Admissions can be challenging. but even more so for our leaders whose role is to drive activity and production, inspire a group of advisors to win each day, and hold it together. Take a deep dive into Jason's story and how he has been able to stay on task while taking his school to another level.
The leader is at the center of the institution's power structure; he or she holds the group together, gives it life, leads it toward its goals, and maintains its momentum. A leadership position requires you to handle a problem, a team, or an entire organization in an ethical and successful manner.
