Equipped with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Sports Management and Marketing, Alex ventured into the sports industry, eventually working for Paul Connors, an esteemed Player Manager himself. During her 4.5 years at Paul’s business CSM (Connors Sports Management) (https://www.connorssports.com.au), Alex developed a reputation as one of the leading managers in womens footy.
Alex established her own business More than Management (https://www.morethanmgmt.com.au) in 2018 and continues to push women’s sports to new heights, prioritising her relationships above all else.
