A passionate advocate for holistic well-being, Alicia is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with expertise in children’s yoga, sound healing, and Reiki. She combines mindfulness and empowerment in all aspects of her work, creating spaces where people feel valued, heard, and loved. Alicia’s mission is to inspire everyone she works with to recognize their worth and the positive impact they can make in the world.
