Andy Allen is a Martial Arts Instructor and the Head Instructor of Bedford West Shotokan Karate. He is a 7th Dan in Shotokan with more than 30 years of experience and was also the Gold medalist in kata for the senior division during the 2016 ISKF World Championships. Over the past few years he has evolved his dojo from the traditional system to a one with a more holistic approach.
