Today, I explore the seven key attitudes of mindfulness: non-judging, patience, beginners mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance and letting go.

I understand the logic of mindfulness but have always struggled with the implementation and embodiment. For this episode, I explore each attitude - what they might look like, and how they are, or are not showing up in my life.

My process in this podcast journey (so far) is to learn and share the topic simultaneously. Then I go back into my day-to-day and the real learning begins. Since recording, I have so many more examples and changes I want to make, but in practice of non-striving, accepting and letting go, I’m sharing this shambles with you now. I hope you in-joy.
