In this episode, I go through the stages of spiritual awakening and what to expect during these stages. Everyone’s journey back to their spirituality, or God is different but from my own and others’ experiences, I’ve come to realise that there are some common experiences in each stage, especially as parents. The journey of spiritual awakening can be a lonely one so knowing you’re not alone and that what you're experiencing is 'normal' can be comforting. I provide tips to help you best support yourself during each of these stages.
