Listen in on my conversation with former WNBA player Deonna "Dee" Davis and how she tells her story of great opportunities such as a full college scholarship, heavily sought out by several colleges throughout high school, hearing non stop "YES" to adversity and "I don't want you." How she chose to teach what she had learned so that many young athletes won't fall victim to the hype and false promises just for their own financial gains. 

Dee shows how being a coach is the same as managing a company. You direct the players, but it takes a leader to win as a team. From playing professionally internationally to locally, Dee still remains grounded and humble.
