We sat down with Ghanaian DJ Blaq Pages in LA to discuss how he went from Accra to pioneering the Afrobeats scene in LA. He explained how afrobeats went from a niche sound only known by those in the African diaspora to mainstream success. He also gives advice to young DJ's planning on coming to LA. We spoke about mental health in African cultures and Pages gives us his tips for those traveling to Accra this December.
