We've been told for more than a decade to "celebrate diversity." And naturally, it has gotten us exactly where you'd think such a sentiment would get us... divided.

What if we celebrated the values and ideas that united us. And the key to that is... diversity of ideas.

Demographic or physical characteristics are meaningless. That's not diversity. It just looks different. Well, guess what... everyone looks different.

Here's how conservatives view diversity.

Be kind. Have grace. Give the benefit of the doubt. Seek common ground. Don't be afraid to ask questions. And never make assumptions about what people are thinking... or why.
