On episode 2 I explore the fascinating life of Connor Matheson. Bookkeeping for a film company out of Chicago, Illinois, Connor has been running marathons nearly his whole life with the next big challenge being an extensive 50 mile trail race in northern Minnesota. Along with his running he also has managed to stay on and enjoy his vegan diet for the last 3 years and has no plans on quitting.
