* Today, much of leadership centers on our strengths.
* We do need to operate in the area of our strengths, but we shouldn’t dodge our weaknesses.
* Why?
* Because God gets glory through our weakness.
* vs 30 - Paul boasted about his weakness because it gave him a chance to glorify God.
* If God used him in spite of his weakness then it would show how truly strong God was.
* vs 12:8-10 - Paul had a thorn in his flesh, but God never took it away.
* He realized when he was weak he could see then that God was being strong through him.
* Paul got to a point where he enjoyed watching God work through his own weakness.
* He began delighting in trials and tribulations.
* Three things to do about your weaknesses (those you can’t control):
* 1) Don’t run from it.
* 2) Don’t focus on it.
* 3) See God’s power through it.
