In today’s reading from 2 Corinthians 5–9, we see Paul call believers to live for eternity, not for the passing comforts of this world. He reminds us that we are new creations in Christ, called to serve as His ambassadors, to refuse unequal yokes with unbelievers, to pursue holiness in the fear of the Lord, and to give generously and joyfully as God leads. From the example of the Macedonian believers to the principle of sowing and reaping, this passage reveals what it looks like to be fully committed to God’s kingdom, our fellow believers, and the mission we’ve been given.
