In this episode I interview Jenny, from Brooklyn, New York 🇺🇸. She shares her story on how she got precribed Benzodiazepines and when she wanted to come off them. Jenny was initially prescribed 2 milligrams of Alprazolam (Xanax) and SSRI's. Later she was switched to 6 milligrams Lorazepam (Ativan). She shares her experience about detox facilities. After the interview, I share my take on detox facilities and I refer to the Benzo Information Coalition.
