2. Do You Need to be More Mindful?

I’m not going to tell you that mindfulness will magically fix everything, but by living more mindfully it can bring many good things into your life. I am going to share some signs for you to think about that may mean that you need more mindfulness in your life. 

  1. You feel uncomfortable or guilty when you’re not busy 
  2. You constantly worry about the past and things you cannot change
  3. You  often unnecessarily plan out the future 
  4. You don't feel like you often get to enjoy the pleasant experiences 
  5. You want to live more mindfully
