Time for all the "New Year, New You" BS!

I know, I know (sigh) I get just as excited about New Year Resolutions as the next girl... (eyeroll)!!

But unless you've taken time to review the previous year, your 2019 is at risk of being a repeat of 2018...

Take the time to jot down what went great this year, what you want to acknowledge yourself for in 2018, and also what SUCKED.
