Dr. Art Laffer is an influential American Economist whose economic theories formed the cornerstone of President Reagan's economic policies. Additionally, he also served as an economic advisor to President Trump and received the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2019. Prior to advising President Reagan he received a Ph.D at Stanford and subsequently was the top Economics Professor at the University of Chicago.
