In this 2nd episode, I continue talking about yin and yang. The foundation of Chinese medicine.
The difference between yin and yang is nicely described in the origins of this philosophy as a mountain that has a sunny side and a shadow side. The sunny side is yang in nature and the shadow side is yin. From this idea the opposites of yin and yang arose. The solar side presents the sun and day, the shadow side symbolizes the moon and night.You will notice that there are many opposites in nature that need each other or must work together to achieve a certain end result or growth.
