Growing up we were told that failture was wrong. We were made to feel ashamed when we failed and made to feel like we needed to correct errors, that maybe didn't need to be corrected. There is a whole new mindset shift in what it means to learn and what it means to grow. Sometimes those mistakes, errors, and massive screw ups are just ways of showing you a different path to the learning that you need to engage in. Sometimes failure is growth in disguise.
