Assumingly ostercized from the LA underground car racing scene, Brian reappears in Miami as somewhat of a reigning racing champion. After a last minute race downtown lands him in with Customs, he's forced to use his street racing prowess to land a drug kingpin - because those two things are synonymous...also Tyrese is here as new character, Roman, in place of Vin Diesel who areguably made the better decision to avoid this movie.
