The second episode in the PK Triathlon podcast series, with Kate Charlton & Paul Jones.
In this episode we talk about some of things athletes should consider doing, on a regular basis to become better Triathletes. Using Kate's analogy of the Carrot Cake...
A plain carrot cake is good, but adding the cream icing on the top of a carrot cake is better but if you really want it to be the best then you need to add even more like carefully constructed carrot shaped toppings.
We know Triathletes can SWIM BIKE RUN. However, this podcast gives you ideas about the cream icing, the artistic flourishes, the stuff you should do long term, on a daily basis, to improve your (race) performance.
