This Episode of Musing with Molly is all about creating sustainable goals and tips to sticking with them. We get excited and motivated when we first start with our resolutions and then we fall off the wagon after a few weeks. I feel like there is an expectation around creating habits and resolutions with so much ease but then the healing comes up. My hope for this episode is to balance both the masculine and feminine energy needed to create change and manifestations - learning to being gentle with oneself and holding yourself accountable while moving in your own timing.
