Our guest today is none other than Gretchen Rachlis!

Gretchen was the former Managing Director of Jump Fest | Colorado, but she has since been elevated to the Regional Manager of Flipshack Gymnastic Fitness based out of Colorado Springs, CO. 

When it comes to getting it done, creating systems, and personifying leadership Gretchen is at the top of the food chain. Most importantly, she is a very dear friend and I know you will get a lot out of tonight’s discussion especially if you are involved in the fitness industry and/or working in a movement dedicated facility.
