With over two decades of industry experience, Danielle McAlpine Johnson has an innate ability to connect with people and find the unique heartbeat of every story.  Having written, produced, and directed an extensive amount of national TVCs, music videos, shorts, series, and documentaries, Danielle is deeply passionate about telling stories that matter. Combining a warm & quirky personality with a solid understanding of production both in front of and behind the camera, Danielle thrives on purpose-driven creativity.

In 2015 Danielle directed & produced the award-winning web-series 'Love Food Hate Waste' hosted by Australia's Paul Mercurio. In 2019 Danielle's 10 part humanitarian documentary series 'Behind The Sash' launch on Channel 10 and is currently streaming on ACCTV, Ozflix & Virgin Inflight Entertainment.

On 2nd January 2021 Danielle's new 7 part documentary series 'Beyond The Fire' will premier on Channel 10 focussing on The Australian Black Summer Bush Fire Crisis and celebrating Australia's unsung heroes as they rebuild their life from the ashes.
