How to get a great nights sleep

In this episode, Nick and Ben are focusing on sleep and in particular why having quality sleep is so important.  Quality trumps quantity every time.

Sleep is a cornerstone of our performance tomorrow and without good quality sleep we will not perform well in our personal or professional lives.  The long term health cost of poor quality sleep is alarming, so if you want to extend your health-span then you need to focus on your sleep.

Sleep isn’t hard to get right but you need to prioritise it because the performance gains you will achieve are incredible.

Nick and Ben cover many tools, techniques and strategies to improve your quality of sleep and these range from tracking your sleep to avoiding blue lights and getting your room cold, through to a funky bedtime cocktail.
