In this episode, Julie gets real about our own personal responsibility when it comes to identifying the patterns and problems we see in our team. 

It's so tempting to look at our senior leaders and say that because they won't green light something, we are held back, or to look down to our team and say "if they would just do what I say, we wouldn't have any problems!" 

When we get real about our own role we play in the patterns that we live in, we can really start to pull apart the problems and be part of the solution.
