What if all the problems in your life were your fault?

A good question. 

On the one hand it feels uncomfortable and wrong. On the other if you knew you had caused them, then you would suddenly be in a strong position to stop all future problems and your life gets BETTER and BETTER.

The spiritual truth, as you are about to hear is that ALL your problems are your fault. :).... and then discover how to make all of them disappear too.
