James spent 14 years in the Army where he worked in Human Resources.  When getting out he struggled to find a job in his hometown and it was out of that experience that his passion for mentorship was born.  James runs a Facebook Page and group called Veteran2hire where he provides resources for other veterans looking to transition away from the military.  He also mentors veterans and helps link them to potential employers as well.  James and I discuss how veterans can build better resumes and nail an interview.
