Proverbs 20 seems to have a theme to all actions have a reaction or consequence either good or bad. He is warning us that we take full responsibility for the outcome of our actions.
Ephesians 3 is Paul explaining how there is no more separation between Jews and Gentiles.
2 Kings 20-21 King Hezekiah, good guy, dies in chapter 20. His son Manasseh did evil in the eyes of the Lord and rebuilt all the alters to Baal and idol worship.
