Lamination - noun

  1. the process of laminating
  2. the state of being laminated
  3. a laminated structure
  4. lamina (Eric's note: isn't this just the same thing but again?)
  5. a defect in a coin in which a layer of metal appears to have buckled or fallen off during the striking process
