I've been avoiding having this conversation among others with myself for quite some time and it couldn't have come with a better time to release it in a podcast. Admittedly it was a difficult conversation to have, primarily due to being vulnerable on such a medium nevertheless nothing great comes without difficulty.
I wanted to share a bit of my internal dialogue with you all, where I come from, where I am, and where I am going towards. I've always been a big proponent of self-talk and awareness, taking the time to sit with our innermost vulnerable emotions/feelings to heal, understand, and move on towards becoming a better version of ourselves.
I talk about Grief, Happiness, Depression, Success, Failure, Humanity, and some of the personalities who have left a mark on me in life thus far. I hope you would enjoy and take some questions away for yourself.
