She works with people who sustained strokes or brain injuries through Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP). We chat about how diet plays a role in the patients she treats and about her favorite kind of sushi. Since moving to Las Vegas she has become an avid hiker, rock climber, off roader, and star gazer!
