2 Peter 1:12-15 is the text for this sermon entitled, "Remember These Things."
Peter explains why he takes the time to remind Christians of things that they have learned in the past. We are human beings and so we are prone to the frailties of the body. He further shares that his own life will soon be over, and yet he is making efforts to continue to be reminded. This is our cue to realize the vital importance of remaining in Bible study and fellowship so our own awareness of Truth will never become tarnished, but will remain polished and ready to keep us effective in God's work.
