As we begin the letter of 2 Peter we see a strong focus on knowing certain things of the faith. False Teachers had infiltrated the early church, so Peter wants to make sure the church knows what to believe. Knowing isn’t just enough though, it is also important to use, or grow, in what you know. In 2 Peter 1:1-11 we see what to know and grow in our faith.
