Peter established in Chapter 1 of his second letter that we can trust the Bible, it’s the very word of God. In Chapter 2 Peter will caution us that although we can trust the Bible, we can’t trust everyone that teaches the Bible. In 2 Peter 2:1-10 Peter will address the issue of false teachers and what to watch out for.
