The NFL has a lot on their plate recently. Whether it be Antonio Brown, or fighting against systemic racism. The league has put forward an idea that players can honor victims of systemic racism with decals to be worn on helmets. The league is trying to right their wrongs, and this a good start. With training camp right around the corner, the NFLPA and NFL are working on finalizing a deal for health and safety protocols as well as fixing the economic issues arising from the Covid pandemic. Among those protocols is the testing system. It sounds great but is it really expected for a season to occur in 2020. With the NFL, unlike other sports leagues, they have a larger amount of athletes, which can raise the probability of someone getting Covid-19 and can make the virus spread like wild fire. Some teams, like the Vikings are thinking of initiatives on how to control the spread of Covid-19 at their facilities. Sounds good, but also sounds like a prison from a movie on the syfy channel.
