Your host, Tracy McKay shares a partial account his experience as a cyclist in the world's toughest bicycle race, Race Across America / RAAM and how our stories serve us as a context for change. Riding and racing bicycles / mountain bikes serves us as a metaphor for the human experience.  From Training wheels to riding across the USA, the relationship between rider and other riders and even the biomechanics involved in riding or racing, all the variables line up in almost perfect parallel to personal growth, life, love and all the above!

 2002 / tractor trailer push crew van off the road.  Dr James Sedlis, responded, assessing all crew members and then hitch hiking to obtain a second vehicle to take its place.

 

Day 1 , 2004, Imperial sand dunes, 4 bags of fluid and still dropped 12 lbs the first day
