In this episode I am joined by New Zealand Winter Olympian, Rhys Thornbury.

Rhys shares his journey from joining The Royal Air Force, to learning the sport of Skeleton Bobsleigh and finally to becoming a Winter Olympian in under eight years.

I was inspired by Rhys' story of 'giving it a go' and his pure determination, sacrifice and drive to push himself to achieve his dream. Remember, anything is possible.

Rhys has now become a Skeleton Bobsleigh coach for Team GB whilst also serving as a Royal Air Force personnel Support Officer.
