Rechab and Baanah are two men who though they had performed a task that would please their king. They proudly presented the gift of Ishbosheth's head to David; however, instead of being pleased, David had them put to death for their wickedness. The question for us is, do we know what will truly please our king and are we living in a way that some day when we face him, he will be pleased with our work?
