We hit the high point of 1 & 2 Samuel in our lesson today. Verse 15 in particular mentions the "steadfast love" of God, which is the unconditional love of God for all people. This love can be seen in the promise to David, which follows, and which includes us too. We are called to new life through the Son of David, Christ Jesus our Lord.
