Y'all know I am good for a lil hiatus, and can you believe that I actually managed to keep this episode UNDER an hour? That is truly a new record.

Over the past few months, I've been rethinking consistency, asking for help, pursuing my goals, and building a life that feels good to live—not just one that looks good on paper.
