Todays interview with Skye Aslaksen focuses mainly on her experiences while studying abroad for part of this past semester in England and her view of being pulled from the program among the COVID 19 pandemic. Skye is a Political Science major at the University of Arizona which gives her an interesting take on the policies and procedures surrounding the pandemic that cut her semester abroad short. In part one of this interview Skye reminisces on how much she loved her experience studying outside of the United States and gives us advice and insight into what it is like to study abroad in topics ranging from dating, partying, culture, academics, to making friendships that she plans to keep long past this semester.
