ufi Master Younus AlGohar elucidates that there are mainly two types of saints of God. The first are those that have Accomplished Shariah (Kamil Shariat) and then those that have Accomplished Tariqah (Kamil Tariqat). There is a Kamil Shariat in every single era, [whereas] the Kamil Tariqat are rare. A Ghaus uz Zaman is known as a Kamil Shariat, and he doesn’t have the power nor the doctrine of Zikr e Qalb.  However, HDE Gohar Shahi came and revived the concept of a spiritual guide. They have depicted to the world what a spiritual guide must be like and they have distributed the criterion of recognising a saint of God.
