A hotspot for death, decay and delusion, one of Los Angeles’s formerly high end hotels has been the backdrop for numerous grisly events, but perhaps none more so than the day a couple staying there reported that their water pressure was extremely low, black, and foul tasting. What would be uncovered would mystify the nation and activate an army of websleuths determined to get to the bottom of the case of Elisa Lam.
